After graduating from Canisius High School Dr. Frank Michalski pursued his bachelor's degree in Biology at D'Youville college.
Upon completion of his bachelor's degree Dr. Michalski continued his Education with D'Youville college, completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2014.
Dr. Michalski has completed rotations with UB Neurosurgery and ECMC, in which he focused on pre-and post-surgical spine patients, involving those suffering from acute pain due to trauma or car accidents.
He is board certified in both Chiropractic care and Physiotherapeutic Rehabilitation.
Dr. Michalski has an extensive background in exercise rehabilitation and strength training. He works with patients one-on-one helping them build muscle and decrease pain to prevent future injury.
Dr. Michalski also completed post graduate studies with The Functional Medicine University.

Dr. Kevin Morreale studied Pre-Med/Biology at Canisius College and D'Youville College. Following completion of his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology, Dr. Morreale earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at D'Youville College in 2014.
Dr. Morreale completed rotations at UB Neurosurgery, ECMC, Buffalo Spine and Sports Medicine, and O'Neill Chiropractic. Rotations focused on pre- and post-surgical patient spine care, auto accident rehabilitation, athletic injury, and pediatrics.
He is board-certified and licensed to practice in New York State.
Dr. Morreale has extensive experience in treating auto accident injuries. He has treated thousands of patients recovering from auto accident injuries and strives to get patients better as fast as possible.
Dr. Morreale has also completed post-graduate studies in Functional Medicine, whiplash, and pediatric care.

Dr. Mike Lawther was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, where he earned both his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and master’s degrees in Sports Medicine and Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh.
In 2013, he moved to Buffalo, NY, to join the University at Buffalo athletics, where he continues to serve in a new capacity as the team chiropractor.
Dr. Lawther went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D’Youville University in 2025. Along with his work here at Northtown Chiropractic, Dr. Lawther owns and operates his own practice.
Dr. Mike is board-certified and licensed to practice in New York State as an Athletic Trainer and Chiropractor. He also holds certifications from the National Athletic Trainer’s Association, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine as Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
Combining his background in sports medicine with chiropractic care, his approach focuses on optimizing movement, performance, and recovery through evidence-based manual therapy and corrective exercise.
